Disposable SMS Lab Coat With Pockets is made from SMS (Spunbond–Meltblown–Spunbond) non-woven fabric, providing a good combination of strength, breathability, and barrier protection.
The lab coat features a snap button front closure for easy wearing and removal, and practical pockets that allow users to carry small tools, pens, or instruments during work.

Compared with standard PP lab coats, SMS material offers better filtration performance, stronger structure, and improved comfort.

SMS is a three-layer non-woven fabric structure: Spunbond layer (outer layer) – provides strength and durabilit, Meltblown layer (middle layer) – provides filtration and barrier protection, Spunbond layer (inner layer) – provides softness and comfort.

SMS (Spunbond-Meltblown-Spunbond):

Features: SMS material provides higher protection than just polypropylene as the meltblown layer acts as a filtration barrier against particulates and limited fluid exposure. It is breathable, which helps maintain comfort during extended wear, and is suitable for environments where there is moderate risk of exposure to splashes and particles.

Microporous Film Laminate:
Description: Comprises a microporous film laminated onto a nonwoven substrate.
Features: This material offers superior protection against liquid splashes and some chemical exposure, while still allowing moisture vapor to escape, which helps with breathability. It is ideal for environments with higher risk of fluid and chemical exposure.

Tyvek:
Description: A durable, high-density polyethylene material manufactured by DuPont.
Features: Tyvek provides excellent protection against particulates and moderate liquid hazards.

It is strong, tear-resistant, and breathable. Tyvek lab coats are suitable for environments where both high durability and protection are required,

such as in pharmaceutical manufacturing or handling hazardous materials.
